5 Ways To Deal With Stress
Stress is not a fun thing. Everyone get's it, especially if they are in a hard working job, or even school. Today, I'm going to write about how to deal with stress. These help me and hopefully, they'll help you too.
1. Attempt Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy is using "aromatic oils to your improve your physiological and physical well-being". Now-a-days, places like Bath And Body Works come out with all types of lotions, diffusers, even candles that contain these oils. I really recommend trying this out because you are given the ability to ease your thoughts and relax a little bit.

2. Plan your day
When you wake up, a great thing to do is plan what you are going to do throughout the day and when. Grab a paper and pen and write: Where do you have to go? What do you have to do? Who do you have to see? And what time are all these things? You won't get stressed if you look at that piece of paper and seeing what you have to do.
3. Go with the flow of things
When people hear about something important, they start to panic and stress out. What they don't do is let it go. You can't fight something that you know that's coming. Let's say that a student has a test. When they heard about it, they become stressed because they want to get an 'A', but when the test comes around, they are so caught up in their head that they may end up doing bad. Also, think about a river. You can't fight its current, you have to go with it. Relative to stress, you have to follow the flow to feel less under pressure.
4. Meditate
A great mediation technique is closing your eyes, plugging in a stress diffuser, and repeating one calming word over and over for a few minutes. As you say the word, your mind will start to believe it and follow it. Saying calm, peace, or relax are great words to start with. Also, make sure you're inhaling and exhaling and your breathing is soft and slow.
5. Exercise
Yoga, swimming, dancing can be some valuable exercises to get rid of stress. Dancing works a lot for me because there's music involved and I enjoy dancing as a hobby, although, I recommend Yoga since it is more peaceful. Anything can really work, it's just how stress-free you become doing it.
Having stress is something that's common and you can't really stop it. You know you have a lot of work to do and you may not be able to pull yourself away from it but if you do then try one of these, just try and get away from that priority. XOXO!
