Must-try Starbucks Drinks!
Starbucks is one of the most popular coffee companies and coffeehouse chain. It was founded in Seattle, Washington and since then it has grown throughout the entire country. As of November of 2016, Starbucks operates about 27,000 locations worldwide. Starbucks provides a variety of drinks, so if you've never drunk Starbucks before then you might wanna start with the ones you are about to read about down below!
S'mores Frappuccino
This drink is my number one favorite! It has a marshmallow-infused whipped cream base, milk chocolate, all blended up with a toss of milk, ice, and just a tad of coffee. Lastly, it's served with more marshmallow whipped cream and graham cracker crumbs right on top. The S'more is definitely a favorite! Just one sip and you'll want one every summer!
Vanilla Bean Frappuccino
This one is brought to me by my own cousin. She made me try it and I was just shocked! The Vanilla Bean Frappe is deliciously sweet and it takes the vanilla flavor to a whole another level. It is made by Vanilla bean seeds, milk, ice, and topped with whipped cream. If you do decide to get this drink then ask for extra vanilla bean, it'll be even more sweet and delectable.
Double Chocolate Chip Frappuccino
The drink is absolutely chocolaty, but it's just on the perfect level. It includes mocha-flavored sauce, chocolate chips, and that's blended with milk and ice. It's topped with whipped cream and even more mocha sauce. It's truly a delight!
Cotton Candy Frappuccino
If you're looking for a non-caffeinated drink, then why not give this one a try! This frappe is on the secret menu, and it is "ravishing." To get this drink, you have to specifically say it's from the secret menu. It's made by the Vanilla Bean frappe recipe, but with a pump of raspberry syrup added to it. Every sip will taste like a bite of cotton candy!
Cinnamon Roll Frappuccino
This Frappe is supposed to taste like cinnamon rolls but I can honestly say that this is taste mainly like cinnamon instead of a cinnamon roll. It is really delicious though. According to Starbucks, this drink is "a blend of cinnamon dolce syrup, white chocolate mocha sauce, vanilla bean, Frappuccino Roast Coffee, milk, and ice, finished with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon dolce topping.”
Salted Caramel Frappuccino
There are two versions of the drink, the warm mocha, and the cold frappe. I've only tried the frappe and it is so yummy. Although, I have been told that the warm drink is best for the fall season, it has such a "soothing" taste, and it's so relaxing as you take a sip each time. This drink is made by the blending of mocha sauce, toffee nut syrup with coffee, milk, and ice. It's finally topped with sweetened whipped cream, a caramel drizzle, and a blend of sugar and sea salt.
Caramel Frappuccino
Now, this frappe is sort of like the signature drink. I've seen almost everyone I know have this drink in their hand. If I get this, I ask for no coffee because it's usually too strong. With that said, this drink is made with a caramel syrup, coffee, milk, and ice all blended together.
Pumpkin Spice Latte
This drink is a seasonal favorite for Starbucks customers. It is comforting, spiced, and perfect as the days start to cool down. The fall favorite is made by the flavor of pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove. Of course, it's top with whipped cream, but also with pumpkin pie spices. Starbucks also offers this drink in a frappuccino form, which I can't doubt that it'll be delicious as well.
Nutella Frappuccino
This cold beverage is from the secret menu, so to get this drink, or if you want to make it at home, you have to request it. To make this, you will need a regular coffee frappuccino, 2 pumps of mocha syrup,1 pump of hazelnut syrup, whipped cream blended in, and whipped cream on top.
Hot Chocolate
The last one and the go-to. You can never go wrong with a warm and comforting hot chocolate. Perfect for the Christmas times or just the cold days in general. This warm drink is made by steamed milk with vanilla and mocha-flavored syrups. Topped with sweetened whipped cream and chocolate-flavored drizzle. Also, heads up! Starbucks also offers a S'more Hot Chocolate, but it's from the secret menu. The ingredients are the hot chocolate recipe, chestnut praline syrup (3 pumps tall, 4 grande, 5 venti) depending on what size you get, and it's topped with whipped cream and mocha drizzle.
I hope you enjoyed reading about some of the Starbucks drinks you have to try and hopefully you do because there are all very delicious! Until next time, XOXO!
